PRE-OWNED VEHICLE
3 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY
As a pre-owned vehicle customer of the Tennessee Auto Group you are entitled to exchange your pre-owned vehicle to the selling dealership within 3 days or 150 miles (whichever comes first) subject to the following conditions.
The 3 days are measured by calendar days starting on the day of purchase as the first day, and the 3rd calendar day ending by normal close of business of the selling dealership on the 3rd day. The 3rd day falls on a holiday or on a day when the dealership is closed, then the vehicle must be exchanged on the next business day the dealership is open. The vehicle must be returned in the exact same physical condition as purchased, and will be inspected. Exchanges are NOT subject to a restocking fee. Damages will be assessed at the selling dealership's cost to repair the vehicle.
